datest can be downloaded and used free of charge! And we promise it will stay that way in the future. However, we also offer optional subscriptions such as datest Premium.

The main purpose of the app is to find people in the area or around the world and, if necessary, to get to know them better and to chat with them.

The app is currently in the final development phase. Several servers, which are currently running on the development server, act as the backend for the app.

The development servers can currently handle around 70 requests per second. On the productive servers, which will be rented and set up after this campaign, it should be able to process at least 700 – 1000 requests per second at the beginning. And depending of the number of users we need to scale the servers for the project in the future.
